Andrea Van Landingham, VP of Business Development at Theia Technologies has over 30 years of technical marketing experience in the U.S. and abroad. Andrea has held leadership roles in marketing, sales and business development in industries including aerospace, specialty metals, orthopedic implants in addition to optics.

Andrea believes that marketing is the art of providing the right product to the right customer and is committed to making sure that Theia’s optics technologies are specified for projects where they are the best fit for the application.

Andrea received a B.A. from the University of Oregon where she studied International Studies, an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and studied French at the Sorbonne in Paris. Andrea's love of foreign language and culture led her to live and work for many years in France. Andrea has been a guest lecturer in technical marketing and marketing ethics at the University of Lille, France, and Willamette University, in Oregon.

Andrea enjoys traveling widely for work and pleasure, meanwhile making her home in Oregon where she embraces her family, pioneer heritage and the beauty of her natural surroundings. In her free time she'll be found outdoors hiking, skiing or paddling and relishes the challenge of learning to play the mandolin.
